- Contractor" refers to an independent worker matched with a Client through RemoteSprout.
2. Scope of Services
RemoteSprout provides offshore recruitment services by connecting businesses with remote talent. RemoteSprout is not an employer and does not process payroll for hired contractors. We charge Clients a one-time recruitment fee.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use our Site and services legally and ethically.
- You must not use our Site for fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities.
- Clients are responsible for hiring, paying, and managing contractors directly.
- Contractors are independent professionals, and RemoteSprout is not responsible for work performance or disputes.
4. Payments & Fees
- Clients must pay a non-refundable recruitment fee before RemoteSprout begins sourcing candidates.
- Full payment for recruitment services must be made as per the agreed terms before finalizing placements.
- No refunds are issued once a contractor has been successfully placed.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of RemoteSprout.
- You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- RemoteSprout is not responsible for disputes between Clients and Contractors.
- We do not guarantee the performance or reliability of Contractors
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for our services.
7. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
8. Governing Law
