Where are your candidates sourced from?

We source skilled remote professionals primarily from the Philippines, a country known for its highly educated workforce, excellent English proficiency, and strong experience in remote work.

How long does it take to find a candidate?

We typically deliver a shortlist of candidates within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the role and your specific requirements. Specialized or technical leadership roles may take a bit longer compared to general assistant positions. Our priority is finding the right match, not rushing the process.

How do you ensure the quality of candidates?

Our recruitment team carefully vets every candidate before we introduce them to you --- assessing their experience, communication skills, and cultural fit. We also run English proficiency and aptitude test to make sure they're a strong match for remote work and the specific role you're hiring for.
