Tasks
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, ensuring they meet quality standards, price points, and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure the best value and maintain cost efficiency.
  • Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and establish supply chain priorities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and identify potential cost savings.
Skill and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist, Buyer, or in a similar role within supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills for vendor interactions and contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
