- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and establish supply chain priorities.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and identify potential cost savings.
Skill and Experience
- Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist, Buyer, or in a similar role within supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for vendor interactions and contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
