Job Description

Tasks
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, ad creative, and targeting to optimize for conversions and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to reach target customers effectively.
  • Analyze ad performance metrics, generate reports, and present insights to the team to guide future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually compelling ad content and landing pages.
  • Test new ad formats, channels, and targeting options to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in digital advertising.

Skill and Experience
  • $Proven experience as a Paid Ads Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or in a similar role with a focus on paid media.
  • Strong knowledge of digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and data visualization platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple campaigns.
  • Google Ads Certification, Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certification, and HubSpot Digital Advertising Certification are highly regarded.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience and a strong track record in paid advertising are highly valued.
