Skill and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Live Chat Support Agent, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using live chat software (e.g., Zendesk Chat, LiveChat) and CRM systems.
  • High level of patience and empathy when assisting customers.
