Tasks

- Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Skill and Experience
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Specialist, Account Manager, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a high level of professionalism and patience in client interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
