Job Description

Tasks

Skill and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Agent, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, patient demeanor.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills for documentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in customer service is a plus.
